Rideshare Solutions Refer A Friend’ Program rewards our customers for referring their friends and family to Rideshare Solutions for a Rideshare Rental.

How it works:

Refer a friend or family member to Rideshare Solutions via our Refer a Friend form and when their rental application is approved and successfully rents for a two month duration and make payments on time/ as scheduled with us, you will receive $250 gift card!* You can refer as many people as you like.

Each time you complete our online ‘Refer a Friend’ form you will be need to provide your current reservation number for each referral to confirm the details you provide to us. This reservation number will be used to ensure you receive payment once the finance settles.

The ‘Refer a Friend’ program rewards our loyal customers for referring a friend or family member for a rental through Rideshare Solutions.

Anyone can refer a ‘new customer’ to Rideshare Solutions using the ‘Refer a Friend’ form directly.

The ‘referring customer’ is eligible for a $250 Gift Card* presented in the form of a Prezzee Smart eGift Card for each ‘new customer’ referral that successfully rented with Rideshare Solutions for the minimum requirements.

A ‘new customer’ is defined as someone who has never rented with Rideshare Solutions previously. The ‘new customer’ must keep the vehicle and make weekly payments on time/ as scheduled for two months or longer with Rideshare Solutions.

The ‘referring customer’ must use the ‘Refer a Friend’ form and use their current reservation number to be eligible to claim their $250 Gift Card*.

The ‘referring customers’ must include their own details on the ‘Refer a Friend’ form for Rideshare Solutions to notify them when they are eligible to receive their referral gift card*.

The ‘referring customer’ can refer multiple ‘new customers’ via the ‘Refer a Friend’ Form.

The ‘referring customer’ must get the express permission of the ‘new customer’ to pass on the ‘new customers’ contact information and details to Rideshare Solutions and for Rideshare Solutions to contact them.

$250 Gift Card will be presented in the form of a Prezze Smart eGift Card from Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd on ‘referred’ new Approved Rideshare Solutions Rental Applications that have successfully rented for a two-month duration with Rideshare Solutions and make payments on time/ as scheduled with us.

The ‘referring customer’ will be notified via email or phone when the referred Rideshare Solutions Rental Application is successful after the two-month duration with Rideshare Solutions and make payments on time/ as scheduled with us and will be requested to send bank account / payment details to Rideshare Solutions to arrange the referral payment.

The $250 will be presented in the form of a Prezze Smart eGift Card from Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd to the ‘referring customer’ once all details have been verified and approved by Rideshare Solutions.

Ineligible Referrals: Verbal referrals, referrals not provided via our ‘Refer a Friend’ form; or referrals provided after the ‘new customer’ has already made an enquiry or contact with us, are ineligible for payment of the referral fee.

A ‘referring customer’ refers to any current Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd customer who refers a ‘new customer’ using the Refer a Friend.

The ‘referring customer’ can refer multiple ‘new customers’.

The ‘referring customer’ is eligible for $250 Gift Card that will be presented in the form of a Prezze Smart eGift Card from Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd for every time they successfully refer a ‘new customer’ to Rideshare Solutions and has successfully rented for a two-month duration and made all payments on time/ as scheduled.

The $250 Gift Card will be presented in the form of a Prezze Smart eGift Card from Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd to the ‘referring customer’ once all details have been verified and approved by Rideshare Solutions.

Q: Can I earn more than one referral payment?
A. Yes you can – It’s not limited to your friends or family, you can refer friends of friends, colleagues and even strangers!

Q: What if the person I refer to you is not successful in obtaining a rental?
A. We will only pay the fee for rental applications that are successful, and the ‘new customer’ successfully rents for a two-month duration and makes payments on time/ as scheduled – unsuccessful applications will not result in a referral payment.

Q: I have a friend who already has a rental through Rideshare Solutions. Can I claim this payment for past referrals?
A. No, we can’t apply this retrospectively.

Q: Can I refer a friend of mine who has a business?
A. Absolutely! Rideshare Solutions has a range of both consumer and commercial rental options, and we would welcome the opportunity to assist.

Q: Can I get the payment if I refer myself?
A. No. As a valued customer, you will already know that you will be getting a great deal on your rental through Rideshare Solutions and this incentive payment won’t be available to subsequent rentals in your own name.

Q: How long does it take to receive my $250 Gift Card if I meet the criteria?
A. Our aim is to present the $250 Gift Card in the form of a Prezze Smart eGift Card from Rideshare Solutions Pty Ltd to the ‘referring customer’ once all details have been verified and approved by Rideshare Solution within 5 working days of the ‘new customer’ successfully meeting the requirements of having rented for a two-month duration and made payments on time/ as scheduled and once all details have been verified and approved at Head Office.
